Jamie Phillips has extensive experience in customer success, leadership coaching, consulting, and operations management.

In 2019, Jamie joined Extensis as the Vice President of Global Customer Success, where they led efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. They transformed the customer success department into a proactive, customer-focused powerhouse, resulting in a 20% increase in customer retention.

From 2018 to 2021, Jamie worked as a Local Owner at The Alternative Board (Worldwide). As a certified TAB Advisory Board Facilitator and Strategic Business Leadership Coach, they helped local business owners achieve their personal and business ownership goals through peer advisory boards and one-on-one coaching.

In 2017, Jamie founded Business at Scale Consulting, LLC, where they specialized in coaching and consulting services to help privately held companies reach their full potential. They worked with business owners and leaders to identify goals, create action plans, and improve their businesses through various strategic areas.

Prior to that, Jamie held various roles at HawkSoft, Inc. from 2002 to 2017. They served as the Vice President of Customer Relations and Operations, managing cross-departmental strategic initiatives and overseeing multiple teams. They were responsible for improving company-wide communication and focus on goals, updating the budgeting process, filling key executive positions, implementing new marketing and sales processes, and negotiating service provider agreements.

Before joining HawkSoft, Inc., Jamie worked as a Business Manager at Bilyeu-Miller Insurance Agency from 1999 to 2002.

Jamie Phillips has a Bachelor of Science degree in Ag Econ from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, Jamie has obtained three certifications: "Leading Your Team Through Change" from LinkedIn in February 2020, "Reid Hoffman and Chris Yeh on Blitzscaling" from LinkedIn in February 2019, and "Coaching and Developing Employees" from LinkedIn in October 2017.
