Lara Black

Lara Black has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lara started their career as a Sales Associate at Vitamin World in 1999 and later worked as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. In 2005, they joined Biometics as a Marketing Associate and Webmaster. Lara then worked at Minimus.biz as a Marketing Associate, where they were responsible for website design and maintenance, newsletter creation, and optimizing keywords and ads. Lara joined EMERGO, a UL company, in 2011, initially as a Marketing Assistant and then as an Online Content Coordinator and Manager. At EMERGO, they managed and enhanced the corporate website using CMS platforms like Drupal and WordPress. In 2017, Lara joined Invado Solutions as a Marketing Automation Engagement Manager, guiding clients through Pardot implementation and training them on using Pardot for demand generation. Lara then worked at Safeguard Global as a Marketing Automation Manager, where they coordinated lead routing and designed nurture programs for multiple product lines. Most recently, Lara joined League in 2021 as a Marketing Operations Manager, before becoming the Director of Marketing Operations at ExtensisHR in 2022. Overall, Lara has a strong background in marketing operations, automation, and digital strategy, with experience in various roles across different companies.

Lara Black obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a marketing option from California State University, Northridge in 2003. Prior to that, they earned an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts with a business emphasis from Moorpark College in 2001. Lara completed their high school education at Adolfo Camarillo High School and received their high school diploma in 1998. In addition to their formal education, Lara has obtained various certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA), Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist. Lara has also earned certifications from Trailhead by Salesforce, including Process Automation Specialist - Superbadge, Salesforce Ranger, and Security Specialist - Superbadge.
