Roxanne M. Miller, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, has extensive experience in the field of human resources and benefits management. Roxanne M. started their career at Artnet, where they served as the Manager of Human Resources & Administration, handling recruitment, hiring, and employee orientation. Following this, they worked at Seaport Orthopaedic Associates as the Controller & Manager of Human Resources, overseeing job postings, screening resumes, and conducting candidate interviews. Roxanne M. then joined Telargo as the Manager of Human Resources & Administration, where they managed all aspects of HR, such as hiring, determining compensation packages, and creating job descriptions. Additionally, they worked at Publishers Clearing House, first as the Manager, Benefits & Compensation, and later as the Senior Manager, Benefits & Compensation, focusing on benefit policy evaluation, regulatory compliance, and employee communication.
