The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic direction and development of our 3PL Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) optimized for small parcel shipping. As a pivotal member of our product team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our flagship product, driving innovation, and delivering unparalleled value to our customers. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring collaboration with the executive leadership team, product and engineering leaders, as well as marketing and sales managers.  Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and small parcel shipping is highly desirable.  

  

This hybrid role can be based in either our El Segundo, CA, or Sandy, UT offices, with dedicated office time each week to foster strong connections with your team and actively engage in our company's culture and values. What You Will Do:  

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management for our WMS platform, from conceptualization to launch and beyond.
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and market needs.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and drive product differentiation.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback, analyzing data, and incorporating insights to continuously enhance the product experience.
  • Drive product adoption and growth through effective go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor product performance metrics, track KPIs, and iterate based on insights to optimize product success.
  • Create strong partnerships with other product teams and stakeholders, establishing continuous feedback loops to better understand their problems and needs.
  • Define and prioritize product features and user stories, creating clear and concise product requirements.

  

 You Are/Have:    

  • Minimum 10 years of Product Management experience with a demonstrated success in managing SaaS products.
  • Strong technical expertise and prior experience growing and maintaining a SaaS platform, including experience with APIs and 3rd party integrations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute a product vision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present to stakeholders and the Executive team.
  • The ability to inspire your teammates to enhance product quality by consistently striving to understand, question, and improve the user experiences and the quality of our products.
  • A growth mindset viewing challenges and failures as valuable learning opportunities.
  • Excel at being a team player who enjoys working on a growing team of product managers, engineers, and designers.

  

Bonus Points:    

  • E-commerce and Fulfillment Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the B2C, B2B e-commerce and fulfillment industry, including warehouse management processes, small parcel shipping, carrier management, supply chain, logistics, and order management systems.
  • Team Leadership: Experience mentoring and guiding junior product managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative product team culture.

Extensiv strives to provide competitive market-informed compensation based on a candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. The salary range for this position is $124,000 to $150,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
