Imani McDonald

Imani McDonald is a skilled professional currently serving as a Life Cycle Development Representative at Extensiv since October 2022. Previously, Imani worked as a Home Advisor at Better, assisting individuals through the refinance process from September 2020 to April 2022. Imani also held various positions in customer service and sales, including a Customer Experience Associate at Orangetheory Fitness and a Sales Associate at California State University-Long Beach. As a University Conference Assistant, Imani managed the safety and living conditions for over 900 summer residents and coordinated with Dining and Custodial Services. Imani demonstrated leadership and time management as a Student Athlete, balancing training and academics while also participating as a Senator At-Large for Associated Students, Inc. and an Executive Committee Member for the Long Beach State Athletics-Student Athlete Advisory Committee. Additionally, Imani provided coaching as a Goalkeeper Coach at Los Alamitos High School. Imani earned a degree from California State University, Long Beach, after graduating from Long Beach Polytechnic High School.
