Komal Khilnani

Komal Khilnani is the Vice President of Business Development at Extentia Information Technology. Komal has over 20 years of experience in business development and project management.

Khilnani began their career as a Program Manager at ConnectSoft in 1994. Komal was responsible for leading a team of Program Managers and setting up processes for effective project management. In 1996, they transitioned to Ruksun Software Technologies as the Business Development Manager. In this role, they were responsible for identifying potential partners, negotiating contracts, and managing accounts.

In 2004, Khilnani joined Extentia Information Technology as the Partnerships Manager. In this role, they were responsible for identifying key markets and potential partners, negotiating contracts and prices, and managing business development. In 2008, they were promoted to Vice President of Business Development, where they are responsible for the overall strategy and execution of Extentia’s business development initiatives.

Komal Khilnani received a Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations (DAPR) from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune, India. Komal also holds an Advanced Diploma in Systems Management from the National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT). Ms. Khilnani earned their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Entrepreneurship, Marketing from St. Mira's College. Komal has also completed the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (I.C.S.E) in Business/Managerial Economics, Mathematics from St. Helena's High School.

Komal Khilnani reports to Umeed Kothavala, CEO. They work with Chetan Shetty - Chief Operating Officer, Naazneen Boocha - Chief Delivery Officer, and Manali Mitra - Director Design and Experience.
