Kathryn Hart

Kathryn Hart is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in product training and customer success. Currently serving as a Senior Product Training Specialist at Exterro since May 2025, Kathryn previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at Orum from August 2022 to May 2025. Prior to that, Kathryn was a Quality Assurance Analyst at the Dallas Police & Fire Pension System from March 2020 to August 2022, and an Associate Consultant at Call Box from April 2017 to February 2020. Kathryn's early career includes a role as a Relationship Manager at Bank of America from May 2016 to March 2017 and as a Server at Bandito's Tex Mex from October 2014 to October 2016. Kathryn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Southern Methodist University, completing the degree in 2016.
