Vikram Shrowty

Vikram Shrowty has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Vikram currently holds the role of SVP Data Management at Exterro since 2023. Prior to this, they were the CEO & Co-Founder of Divebell, a company acquired by Exterro, where they focused on empowering enterprises to protect personal data from 2018 to 2023.

Before their time at Divebell, Vikram worked at Trifacta from 2014 to 2018. Vikram started as the Director of Development and played a key role in growing the company into the leading Data Preparation Platform. During their tenure, they led various projects, including the development of Trifacta Cloud. Vikram also served as an Advisor to the company.

In 2013, Vikram worked at GE Global Research as a Development Manager. Vikram managed development teams and contributed to defining the Cloud and Containerization strategy for GE's Predictive Analytics IOT platform (Predix).

From 2008 to 2013, Vikram held roles at Symantec, including Sr. Development Manager and Principal Software Engineer. Vikram managed the Core Platform organization for the Vontu Data Leak Prevention Product and implemented agile and metrics-based engineering processes.

Vikram's early career includes a role as Staff Software Engineer at LSI Corporation from 2001 to 2008.

Vikram Shrowty attended the University of California, Berkeley in 2008-2009, studying Economics. Vikram later pursued a Master's degree in Engineering at the University of Cincinnati from 1999 to 2001.
