Joanna Grainger

In 2021, Jo joined ExtraCare as executive director for operations and is responsible for the management of all the charities villages, schemes and homes. Jo and the team are accountable for the delivery of care and wellbeing services, catering, asset management and maintenance, resident complaints and engagement.
