Jeanne Davis Groves

Jeanne Davis Groves has extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Jeanne currently serves as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at ExtraHop. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Redjack. Jeanne also worked as the Director of People and Culture at IronNet Cybersecurity, where they played a key role in developing strategies and executing plans to support business objectives. Additionally, they served as the Talent Development/HRBP Manager at KeyW Corporation and as the Human Resources Director at Jacobs, where they were responsible for managing day-to-day administration, performance management, employee training and development, and other HR functions. Jeanne Davis Groves earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Furman University, attending from 1992 to 1996. Jeanne has also obtained additional certifications including the Thomas Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) from Thomas International, DDI Trainer from Development Dimensions International, PDI Facilitator (360 Facilitator) from Korn Ferry, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from SHRM.
