Joe Specht

Joe Specht is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Technology at ExtraHop since May 2024. Previously, Joe was the Senior Vice President of Business Technology at Motive from January 2021 to May 2024. Prior roles include Vice President of Enterprise Applications and Senior Director of System Infrastructure at Tableau Software (April 2012 - January 2021), Director of System Architecture at Disney Interactive Media Group (August 2008 - April 2012), and Senior Manager of Platform Engineering and Architecture at Expedia (October 2004 - August 2008). Joe's career began at Starwave/GO.com/Disney/ESPN, where responsibilities included overseeing Internet Sports Systems. Additionally, Joe held positions at Boeing as a Windows Server Administrator and at GE and IBM in hardware and support roles. Joe's educational background includes studies at Renton Technical College from 1990 to 1992.
