Vipula Waghmare has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Vipula has held various positions in different companies, showcasing their adaptability and expertise.

Starting in 2003, Vipula worked as a Student/Freelance Journalist for Times of India for two years. Vipula then joined Tata Bluescope Steel in 2007 as a Communications Dy-Manager, where they successfully introduced and established major BlueScope brands in the Indian market. Vipula also developed campaigns to enhance the brand's public image and customer preference.

In 2014, Vipula became an Assistant Manager of Communications at Atlas Copco, where they contributed to the company's communication efforts. Following this, from 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Freelancer, taking on various freelance projects.

In 2017, Vipula joined BMC Software as a Project Analyst in IT. Vipula later advanced to the role of Marketing Program Manager and then Sr. Marketing Programs Manager within the Marketing Operations department, where they applied Agile project management fundamentals. Vipula managed a team, oversaw integration projects, and actively researched and presented ideas to improve processes and drive business impact.

Most recently, Vipula joined ExtraHop in 2023 as a Principal Project Manager, continuing their career in project management.

Throughout their career, Vipula has acquired certifications such as PMI-ACP, PMP, and CSM, highlighting their dedication and proficiency in project management.

Vipula Waghmare has an Executive MBA from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development, which was obtained from 2012 to 2015. Vipula also holds a Bachelor of Mass Media degree in Journalism from St. Xavier's College, completed from 2003 to 2005. In addition, they participated in a course/program in Inquiry-Driven Leadership at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2022. Vipula Waghmare has obtained several certifications, including Eloqua Master 2020 from Oracle, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from Project Management Institute in 2019, Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2018, and Project Management Certification (PMP)® from Project Management Institute in 2017.
