Sara Blanchard

Sara Blanchard is the Content Lead at Extraordinary Women on Boards and the Co-Founder | Co-Host at Dear White Women LLC. She is also the author of "Flex Mom," a book that provides guidance for women navigating the challenges of balancing motherhood and personal fulfillment. With a background as a Certified Coach and Teaching Fellow for Positive Psychology at Harvard University, Sara brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her roles. Her previous experience at Goldman Sachs running the Merchandising desk in Tokyo Equities Division showcases her strong leadership and communication skills. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Harvard University and is a Certified Life Coach from iPEC Coaching.
