Mengke Liang

Mengke Liang is a China Representative at EXTREME, providing consulting services to the executive team to facilitate the company's entry into the Chinese market. Previously, Mengke served as Senior Public Affairs Manager for North China at H&M and as Senior Manager at PwC Mainland China and Hong Kong, where significant contributions included leading government consulting projects to attract foreign investment and directing a £14 million UK-China bilateral programme. Mengke co-founded Tsingyan Communications, achieving notable revenue and profit growth as Project Director at Tsingyan Research. Additionally, Mengke held the position of Senior Economic Officer at the British Embassy in Beijing, managing projects and stakeholder engagement on trade-related issues. Mengke's experiences also include roles in climate change initiatives and international development consulting. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor's in Journalism and Economics from Tsinghua University, along with a certificate in Health Service Management and Policy from Syracuse University.
