Linson Michael

Linson is a Director of Global Talent Acquisition for Exusia. Linson is responsible for supporting the firm’s Global Delivery and Efficiency Practices with developing and maintaining a robust recruiting strategy that facilitates hiring the best and most talented technologists around the world. He leverages his strong managerial and negotiating skill to develop competitive, and above-market employment offerings that meet the firm’s rapid global market expansion. Linson is also responsible for scaling Exusia’s human resources capabilities to achieve client demands. He brings over 14 years of experience in talent acquisition and Human Resources (HR) management spanning across the financial, information technology, and management consulting industries.

Prior to joining Exusia, Linson was a Vice President at Northern Trust where he was responsible for leading technology staffing for India. Prior to Northern Trust, Linson was an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Barclays, where he supported the firm on a global scale. He was responsible for building an HR and recruitment strategy including hiring analytics, HR governance, onboarding, and scaling the HR organization to support the global regulatory dynamics across the firm. Prior to Barclays, Linson was a Recruiting Lead for Wipro Technologies where he was instrumental in staffing and providing HR support for the expansion of the technology organization for the firm’s largest investment bank client. Prior to Wipro Technologies, Linson was a Recruiting Specialist for Steria, responsible for building technology and IT-enabled services capabilities for telecom and healthcare clients.

Linson holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Nagpur University and a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management from Pune University. He is also certified as a Top grading interviewer.

Linson is passionate about traveling on his motorcycle and has undertaken many motorcycle expeditions across India. He enjoys photography and blogging about his travels.
