Neeraj Kumar

Neeraj Kumar is a Senior Director and Account Delivery Solutions Architect at Exusia, Inc. He is responsible for leading the technical delivery of large data management programs, defining large-scale client solutions, and providing delivery oversight and quality assurance for Exusia’s clients. Neeraj has over 10 years of experience in the design and development of data management, warehousing, and migration projects across financial and retail domains. His expertise includes requirements gathering, analysis, design, and development of ETL solutions, including batch as well as real-time processes. He has comprehensive knowledge of co-operating systems, GDE, EME, ICFFs, Metaprogramming, continuous flows, and Conduct>It.

Prior to joining Exusia, Neeraj held various titles, such as technical lead, solution architect, and software engineer in several organizations, including CITI, IBM, Tesco, and Barclays, where he was responsible for the technical delivery of data management projects. Neeraj was actively involved in project planning, design, and build phases of the deployment cycle for the projects to which he contributed. He also participated in tracking the defects in integration, performance, and UAT testing for development teams. Neeraj has been a key contributor to building an ODS, decommissioning of legacy systems, customer data integration, payment data processes, and general data warehousing. He also was the recipient of numerous awards for his work at Barclays and Tesco.

Neeraj graduated from M.S.Ramaiah Institute of Technology Bangalore with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In addition to Ab Initio, Neeraj's technical skillset includes Oracle, Teradata, DB2, SQL, PL/SQL, Linux, AIX, Windows XP, Windows NT, Korn shell scripting.

Outside work, Neeraj loves spending time with his wife and daughter. He also enjoys outdoor activities, is passionate about cricket, tennis, and Formula1 racing, and enjoys reading about current affairs and sports.
