Nilesh Dagade

Nilesh Dagade is a Senior Director and Account Delivery Solutions Architect at Exusia India Private Limited. As a Senior Director, Nilesh is responsible for leading Exusia’s technical delivery of large data management programs and defining large-scale client solutions. He supports client delivery and quality assurance for Exusia’s clients across the globe. Nilesh has over 11 years of experience in the design and development of data management, data warehousing, and data migration projects in the financial, telecom, and healthcare verticals. He has extensive experience in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM).

Nilesh has a broad range of technical expertise. He is an Ab Initio certified technician with expertise within the Ab Initio product suite. He is likewise experienced with ETL tools such as Informatica and Datastage. Nilesh's technical database skills include Oracle, Teradata, DB2, Netezza, in addition to query languages such as SQL, PL/SQL. He has experience with Unix Shell Scripting and platforms including, Windows, Unix, Linux, and Mainframes.

Prior to joining Exusia, Nilesh held various technical positions at IBM including, ETL Architect and Technical Lead and Designer where he was responsible for the technical delivery of data management, migration, and regulatory projects. Nilesh was actively involved in project planning, designing, and technically managing multiple projects. He was also a key contributor to the Ab Initio COE work as well as participated in the recruitment process. Nilesh was continuously recognized by his clients and business leadership. He received numerous awards for the contributions he made to the business and his clients.

Nilesh graduated from the University of Pune with a Bachelor of Engineering in Information and Technology. Nilesh loves spending time with his wife and daughter, and parents. He enjoys traveling and listening to music.
