Benny Tshoteli

Benny Tshoteli is an Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in the mining sector, currently working at Exxaro Resources since January 2021. Tshoteli has held various roles, including Electrical Engineer PIT, Acting Senior Reliability Engineer, Acting Head of Maintenance, and Relieving Assistant Manager Engineering, focusing on GG26 and secondary mining equipment. Additionally, Tshoteli had a secondment as a Junior Engineer at Anglo American from February 2022 to October 2022, gaining valuable hard rock mining exposure at the Amandelbult mine. Tshoteli began the professional journey as a Vacation Student at Exxaro Resources in December 2019 after completing a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Pretoria in November 2020.
