G. Merrick (Rick) McCabe has held various leadership roles in the outdoor industry, including Vice President Innovation & Product Development at Exxel Outdoors for Kelty, Sierra Designs, and Ultimate Direction. Prior to this, G. Merrick (Rick) was the Vice President/Brand Manager of Sierra Designs at Keye Enterprises and held senior positions at Gander Mountain, 5.11 Tactical, and Dick's Sporting Goods. Rick's background includes a strong focus on product development and merchandising. G. Merrick (Rick) is an alumnus of the University of Delaware and Wesleyan University.
