John Hughes

John Hughes has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. John began their career in 1995 as a Field Engineer for Hensel Phelps Construction Co. In 1996, they moved to Aecon (Former Office of Frontier Construction Company / BFC Frontier) as a Project Engineer / Field Engineer. Two years later, they joined Madison House Ltd. as a Principal / Associate Broker. In 2002, they were hired as an Assistant Project Manager at Swinerton Builders. In 2006, they took on the role of Project Manager at Opus Northwest. In 2010, they founded Madison Builders, LLC. Finally, in 2012, they joined Exxel Pacific, Inc. as a Project Director, and later held the roles of Senior Project Manager and Project Manager.

John Hughes attended Lakeside School and later went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from the University of Washington.
