D J Hathaway, M.Ed, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in tactical and operational leadership. Currently serving as President of Hathaway Tactical Solutions, LLC since April 2020, and a Field Investigator for ExxonMobil since December 2020, D J brings a wealth of knowledge from previous roles, including Vice President of Tactical Programs and Operations & Training at Guardian Centers, LLC, and significant tenure at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in various leadership capacities, including Section Chief of the Tactical Section and Supervisory Special Agent. D J's career has also encompassed law enforcement and military service, with notable positions at the Dewitt Police Department, NY Air National Guard, and USAF Reserves. D J holds a Master of Education from the University of Virginia and has pursued a Ph.D. in Training and Performance Improvement at Capella University.
