Herdy P. Lubis is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at ExxonMobil since 2023, Herdy oversees downstream and upstream legal operations, focusing on marketing agreements, compliance training, litigation, and corporate secretarial responsibilities. Prior to this role, Herdy worked as Senior Counsel Operation Legal at Pertamina Hulu Rokan, handling crude and gas sales agreements and renewable energy projects, and held the position of Senior Counsel at Chevron, where responsibilities included managing EPC contracts and environmental compliance.
