Dr. Florian Wagenhals

Dr. Florian Wagenhals, MBA has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources and Law. Currently, they serve as the Vice President HR Centers of Expertise and Organizational Excellence at Exyte since January 2023. Previously, they held the role of Head of HR Business Services at ZEISS Group from January 2020 to December 2022, where they implemented a new organizational division with the aim of modernizing and streamlining HR services through digital platforms. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President Human Resources & Group Compliance Officer at Carl Zeiss Vision from June 2016 to April 2020. Dr. Florian also worked at ZEISS Group as the Director Labour Law from October 2015 to June 2016, and as an in-house lawyer specializing in Labour Relations from July 2012 to September 2015. Before their tenure at ZEISS Group, they worked as a Lawyer for Labour Law at CMS Hasche Sigle from December 2010 to June 2012. Dr. Wagenhals began their career as a Legal Trainee at District Court Stuttgart from October 2008 to October 2010. Additionally, they gained experience as a Legal Trainee at Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG from July 2010 to September 2010 and at Menold Bezler Rechtsanwälte from June 2009 to June 2010.

Dr. Florian Wagenhals, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in MBA Leadership & Human Resources from Quadriga University of Applied Sciences from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a "Diplomjurist" (qualified legal expert) degree in Law from the University of Tübingen from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, Dr. Wagenhals holds a Doctor of Law (Dr. iur.) degree in Labour Law from the University of Tübingen, although the specific start and end years for this degree are not available.
