Jason Ola

Jason Ola is a Design Manager at Exyte since July 2023, transitioning from a role as Retrofits Program Manager at Meta where responsibilities included leading programmatic efforts for global data center infrastructure. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Project Engineer at Valero Energy Corporation, managing comprehensive project management tasks for critical-path projects, and completing significant projects as Project Engineer for Hargrove Engineers + Constructors. Jason also held a Project Manager role at PBF Energy overseeing a portfolio of technical projects and has extensive experience with ExxonMobil in various roles, including Operations & Maintenance Supervisor, where achievements included cost savings initiatives and management of multiple facilities. Jason holds an M.B.A. from UCLA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
