Miriam Eichler

Miriam Eichler has a diverse work experience. Miriam started their career at Mercedes-AMG GmbH in 2008 as a Personalreferent für Unternehmen. After three years, they joined Carl Zeiss AG in 2011 as Director HR Communication & People Development. In 2019, they moved to ZEISS Consumer Products as the Head of Human Resources. Later that year, they joined Suedwestdeutsche Medienholding GmbH as the Head of Strategy & Transformation, People Development. In 2020, they joined ZEISS Group as the Head of Project Management. Currently, Miriam is working at Exyte as the Global Head of Talent Management, Development & Culture, a position they have held since 2023.
