Diana Dimon

Diana Dimon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in benefits and healthcare strategy. Currently serving as Assistant Director of Benefits Healthcare Strategy at EY since May 2024, Diana previously held the role of Senior Program Manager for Benefits at Rubrik, Inc., from April 2022 to May 2024. Prior to that, Diana spent nearly nine years at Praxair, Inc. - a Linde Company, where positions included Senior Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager in Benefits, overseeing the development and management of health and welfare benefit programs for the U.S. Diana's career began at Take Care Health Systems as a Wellness Coordinator and Senior Health Fitness Manager from March 2008 to September 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from PennWest California and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University.
