Melinda Woodlock

Melinda Woodlock is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment strategy and operations. Currently serving as the Oceania Talent Attraction & Acquisition Lead at EY since January 2008, Melinda oversees campus recruitment programs for undergraduate and graduate candidates and manages a team of recruiters throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Previous roles at EY included Change Manager and National Graduate Recruitment Manager, where responsibilities encompassed designing change plans and experienced hire recruitment. Earlier in their career, Melinda held positions as Recruitment Manager at Resource Solutions, managing recruitment for Corporate Audit Departments, and as an Executive Recruitment Consultant at Hudson, focusing on accounting recruitment. Melinda began their career at PwC as a Cadet and earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Melbourne.
