Tal Lupo

Tal Lupo has a diverse work experience history. They started their career as an Israeli emissary for The Jewish Agency for Israel in 2005 before becoming a dive instructor for Reef diving group in 2007. From 2011 to 2012, Tal worked as a social counselor at Kohl Group Ltd. They then pursued a Master's degree at the Weizmann Institute of Science from 2012 to 2015.

Tal's career then shifted toward the cannabis industry. They worked at Syqe Medical from 2015 to 2020, where they held multiple roles including lab research leader, medical cannabis educator, and R&D scientist. During this time, they focused on developing medical cannabis products and educating medical professionals about the subject.

In 2020, Tal joined Capsoil and Canna Powder as the Head of Product Development and Head of Research and Development, respectively, specializing in cannabis products. In 2021, they became the Director of R&D at Kanabo, overseeing all R&D and product development projects for the company, including regulatory compliance and managing relationships with suppliers and collaborators.

Currently, Tal serves as the Director of Research & Development at Eybna, a technology company and terpene manufacturer. Their role focuses on utilizing the therapeutic benefits of cannabis phytochemicals, particularly terpenes, to contribute to the health of individuals worldwide. Eybna's strong partnerships with academia and industry partners ensure the integration of advanced research into product development for global benefit. Tal's tenure at Eybna began in 2023.

In addition to their professional roles, Tal has also served as a scientific advisor for The Cannigma since 2021.

Tal Lupo has a diverse education history. From 2009 to 2012, Tal attended Ruppin academic center, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography. Following that, from 2012 to 2014, Tal pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Developmental Biology and Embryology at the Weizmann Institute of Science.

Tal also possesses additional certifications to complement their educational background. In 2018, they obtained a Python for Everybody Specialization from Coursera. Furthermore, in 2020, Tal completed a Strategic Leadership and Management Specialization, also from Coursera.

Currently, Tal is enrolled in Bar-Ilan University to pursue an Executive MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General. The expected completion date for this degree is not provided, indicating that Tal is still pursuing their studies at Bar-Ilan University.
