Kristin Elias is an experienced Systems Analyst currently working at Eye Associates of New Mexico since February 2015, where responsibilities include the creation and maintenance of custom templates within NextGen EHR, WordPress updates, and coordinating with vendors for troubleshooting. Previously, Kristin served as a System/Applications Administrator at Presbyterian Healthcare Services, managing Epic-related updates and documentation, and as a Senior Support Specialist at Sun Healthcare Group, providing remote technical support in a Citrix environment. Kristin began technical career roles as a Field Services Coordinator and Technician at Kemtah and IES, respectively, focusing on application support and installation of communication systems. Kristin holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer and Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute.
