Julia de Simone

Julia De Simone, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in managing HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at EyeHealth Northwest since September 2022, Julia oversees HR operations for a workforce of 550 employees. Prior to this role, Julia held the same position at The Green Cities Company, where significant growth of the HR team was achieved, and at Seattle Sounders FC, where effective benefits management and staffing plans were developed. Julia's career began in finance and editorial roles, including positions at zulily and Gonzaga University. Julia holds a B.A. in English, Journalism, and Music from Gonzaga University and a certificate in Publishing from the University of Denver Publishing Institute.
