Tyler Bennett

Tyler Bennett is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in human resources and creative project management. Currently serving as the HR Assistant Manager at EyeCare Partners since May 2022, Tyler has previously held various positions at Express Scripts, including HR Operations Lead Analyst and Human Resources Analyst, focusing on continuous improvement and change management. Additionally, Tyler has extensive experience in the creative field, having worked as Creative Director and Creative Project Manager at ICON Trophies & Designs since October 2010, including prior roles under different ownership before the acquisition in 2016. Tyler also has experience as Production Lead at Trophy Cast Ltd., managing the complete production process. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Southwestern Illinois College.
