Jen Sharma, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Mozarc Medical since April 2023, following a similar role at Medtronic from October 2022 to April 2023. Previously, Jen was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon and Head of Human Resources at Ascent Geomatics Solutions, where strategic planning for growth was a key focus. Jen's extensive experience at DaVita Kidney Care includes roles as Manager of Talent Management, Special Projects Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst, and Onboarding Specialist, demonstrating a strong background in leadership development, budget management, and project management. Jen earned an MBA in Human Resource Management from Capella University and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Northern Colorado.
