Lorna Whiteaker

Lorna Whiteaker has 35 years of experience in business administration, having worked with both large and small businesses. In 2008, they became the Owner of Business Beyond the Shoe Box, and also began volunteering with SCORE Mentors to America's Small Businesses as a Chapter Chair, Workshop Facilitator, and Mentor. In 2014, they began working as a Consultant at Mission Community Services Corporation, and in 2017 they became Accounting Manager at both EYENUK EUROPE LTD and Eyenuk, Inc. At Mission Community Services Corporation, they have helped numerous business owners with start up and growth questions, and has presented at their Brown Bag and Start, Run Grow Your Business classes. At SCORE, they have worked with local entrepreneurs to start, manage, and grow their businesses, and has facilitated their monthly Starting a Business workshop.

Lorna Whiteaker obtained their degree in Business Management with a field of study in Business Administration from 1971 to 2011 through on the job training. Additionally, they are a Certified SCORE Mentor.
