Jens Lubrich

Jens Lubrich is an experienced supply chain and operations professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Partner & Consumer Business Leader at EyeOn since February 2021, Jens previously held the role of S&OP Leader at Signify, where responsibilities included cross-functional IBP process implementation and execution improvement. Prior experience at Philips involved significant roles such as S&OP Leader, Business Unit Supply Chain Manager, and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, with a focus on global planning, supply chain strategy, and process standardization. Jens holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and a Master’s in Operations and Supply Chain Management from TIAS School for Business and Society, alongside a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from Philips.
