Associate Director, Customer Success at Eyeota

Teodora Florea has worked in various roles since 2016. In 2018, they were appointed as Associate Director, Customer Success for Eyeota, a Dun & Bradstreet company. Prior to this, they were a Customer Success Manager and Audience Specialist for the same company. In 2016, they worked as a Business Consultant for Stichting Open Mind Amsterdam, an NGO which uses a combination of artistic projects and storytelling. Her roles included critically analysing viable solutions to counteract the lack of structure associated with existing projects and compiling an action plan, conducting market research, increasing social media visibility, and more. Additionally, they worked as a Summer Intern for Brenntag Romania in 2016, where they created a promotional brochure, evaluated the effectiveness of formal and informal communication styles between employees, managers and clients, contacted potential customers, and more.

Teodora Florea attended the Liceul Teoretic "Ovidius" Constanta from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they attended the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School where they earned a BSc in International Management with year abroad, with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General. From 2016 to 2017, they attended the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration, with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
