Don Manser

Don Manser has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting as a Senior Services & Solutions Executive at Xerox in 1985, they later moved into the pharmaceutical industry, holding positions at Boehringer Ingelheim and Allergan. Manser then transitioned to Bausch + Lomb, where they took on roles in sales learning and development, sales management, and field training. Don joined Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals as a specialist in ophthalmology before moving to EyePoint Pharmaceuticals, where they served as a Senior Product Manager and then Senior Director of Marketing for YUTIQ. Most recently, they are a Senior Director at Alimera Sciences, working as a Thought Leader Liaison.

Don Manser holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management with a Corporate Strategy Specialty and an English Minor from Rutgers Business School. Prior to this, they attended Northeast Catholic HS for Boys. Furthermore, they have obtained a certification in "The Secret: What Great Leaders Know and Do" from LinkedIn in October 2022.
