Milica Lončar has worked in the field of research and insights since 2012. Milica began their career at Ipsos Strategic Marketing as a Researcher in 2012. In 2014, they joined the Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Psychology, University of Belgrade as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and was also a Member of Organizational board for the Scientific and Professional Conference Sabor psihologa Srbije. In 2016, they joined EyeSee, where they have held the roles of Shopper Insights Director, Key Account Insights Director, Senior Insights Manager, and Researcher.
Milica Lončar completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Belgrade in 2011. Milica then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Psychology of Individual Differences from the same institution in 2013.
