Erik Brent

Erik Brent has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Erik most recently worked as the Sr Director- Revenue Operations at ECI starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they were the Program Director- IT Infrastructure at Insight Global from March 2021 to December 2022. Erik also held the position of Managing Director- AMER Professional Services Operations at Juniper Networks from June 2018 to September 2020. Before that, Erik held multiple senior director and director roles at Avaya from 2004 to 2018. Erik started their career as a Producer at Ravenlock Media, LLC in September 1995. Throughout their career, Erik has gained experience in sales, operations, program management, consulting, and more.

Erik Brent completed their BA in Political Science at the University of California, Davis from 1989 to 1994. Later, from 1996 to 1999, they obtained an MBA degree in Finance and Organizational Development from the California State University, Sacramento- School of Management.
