Joanne Bayley

Joanne Bayley has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Joanne recently joined ECI as the Director of Revenue Controls in 2022, where they currently hold the position. Prior to that, they worked at Eze Castle Integration starting in 2014. During their time at Eze Castle Integration, Joanne held various roles including Associate Director of Customer Success, Solution Consultant Manager for UK and Asia, and Client Relationship Manager. Before joining Eze Castle Integration, Joanne worked at 123Send Limited, where they served as a Relationship Manager, Sales Support Supervisor, and Sales Support. Their responsibilities at 123Send included managing key client accounts, handling billing inquiries, creating budgets and pricing proposals, and providing advisory support to the sales team. Joanne's work experience demonstrates their expertise in revenue controls, business operations, customer success, client relationship management, and sales support.

Joanne Bayley obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English and American Studies from the University of Leicester from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Deanery C of E High School and Technological College between 2000 and 2007.
