Ken Kaya

Ken Kaya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Manager of Business Intelligence at EZECOM since April 2018. In this role, Ken processes and analyzes operational and transactional data to generate insights for management. Previously, Ken held the position of Product Development Manager at EZECOM, leading various projects in the product development lifecycle. Ken's prior roles include OSS & BSS Support Specialist and MIS Business Analyst at Cellcard, Service Platform Manager and Lead Business Interaction Specialist at Beeline Cambodia, and VAS Support Engineer at CamGSM Company Limited. Ken holds a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Management, an MSc in Telecommunications Technology from Sikkim Manipal University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Royal University of Phnom Penh.
