Marty Demesa has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as an Enablement Specialist and Onboarding Specialist at EZRA Coaching since June 2022. Prior roles include Restaurant Onboarding Specialist at ResQ from September 2021 to April 2022, and Food and Beverage Manager and Supervisor at Drake Hotel Properties between May 2017 and November 2019. Additional experience includes Front of House Manager at Chadwicks, Cook and Customer Service roles at Rose & Sons / Big Crow / Fat Pasha, and various cooking positions at Fanny Chadwick's, il Fornello, and Memphis Fire Barbeque Company. Marty holds a degree in Hospitality from George Brown College, obtained between 2012 and 2014.
