Tracy Harrington

Tracy Harrington is a seasoned leadership development and life coach, with extensive experience in business and career coaching for neuro-divergent individuals, particularly those with giftedness and ADHD. As the founder of Exceptional Careers Inc. since September 2017, Tracy's mission focuses on helping clients identify opportunities that leverage their strengths. Currently serving as a virtual business coach at Ezra Coaching, Tracy employs a friendly, direct approach to support emerging leaders in key areas such as communication and strategy. Previous roles include career transition coaching at LHH, consulting for Human Resources at LHH Knightsbridge, and significant tenure at the University of Calgary, where Tracy supported students' career development. Tracy holds a Master’s degree in Educational Research with a focus on Adult Learning and has a background in sales, making a notable impact in the window and door industry as the first female sales representative in the Western provinces.
