Nelly (Nahiely) Jacobo

Nelly Jacobo has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Product at EZ Texting, where they lead the product function and drives the roadmap and prioritization to excel business growth. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Product Management at Campaign Monitor from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining Campaign Monitor, Nelly worked at Intuit as the Director of Product Management, Expert and Platform Experiences from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for guiding the product roadmap and overseeing platform experiences.

From 2015 to 2019, Nelly Jacobo worked at Cedars-Sinai as the Executive Director of Digital Strategy. In this position, they led the digital product roadmap, UX strategy, and digital app development. Nelly also managed vendor relationships and drove web and mobile conversion and social media communications.

Prior to their time at Cedars-Sinai, Nelly worked at LegalZoom in various roles, including Vice President of Product Management from 2011 to 2014. During their tenure, they also served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Personal Services Division, where they had oversight of product management.

Nelly's career began at Accenture, where they worked as a Process Reengineering Consultant from 1996 to 2000. Nelly then joined HP as a Future Product Manager, focusing on consumer digital printers and software.

Throughout their career, Nelly Jacobo has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a track record of driving business growth through product innovation and management.

Nelly Jacobo holds a Master of Arts degree in International Management from the UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy (GPS). Nelly also obtained a General Management Certification in Global Management and Leadership Strategies from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations & Spanish Literature at the University of Nevada, Reno. In terms of additional certifications, Nelly completed the Hispanic & Latino Executive Leadership Program and the Hispanic and Latino Executive Leadership Program, both offered by McKinsey & Company, in June 2023 and May 2023, respectively. Additionally, they hold a Certified Scrum Master certification.
