Marwan Elrouby

Marwan Elrouby is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in foreign legal affairs and corporate law. Currently serving as the Group Foreign Legal Affairs Manager at EZZSTEEL since November 2009, Marwan advises on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate governance, maritime transportation, and contract law, while reviewing and negotiating contracts for procurement. Prior to this role, Marwan worked as a Foreign Legal Affairs Manager and Corporate Lawyer, contributing to corporate restructurings and drafting essential legal documents. Marwan's career began with a legal internship at Dr. Salah Elmokadem law firm, followed by a position as a Sales Executive at Gateworx. Marwan holds a Master of Laws in International Trade Law from the University of Aberdeen and a Law degree from Alexandria University.
