F-35 International Security Manager at F-35 Joint Program Office

Algin Hawkins serves as the F-35 International Security Manager at the F-35 Joint Program Office, overseeing security programs for 13 countries, including Cooperative Partner and Foreign Military Sales, and managing a team of over 200 security professionals. Prior experience includes roles at the Air Force Materiel Command, where Algin Hawkins was the Chief of Security for Cyber Reactive Acquisition, leading security initiatives for the Air Force’s sole Cyber Acquisition organization. In previous positions, Algin Hawkins held leadership roles in the Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division, establishing comprehensive security policies for classified programs and advising on security matters for Space COMSEC. Algin Hawkins earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Texas State University.
