Joe Goings

Joe Goings is an experienced professional currently serving as the Australia Country Manager for the F-35 Joint Program Office since April 2015, with additional responsibilities as Production Operations Lead and Deputy Execution PM. Prior experience includes a role as an Amazon BRIDGE Fellow from October 2021 to March 2022, where Joe contributed to a data pipeline project as a Technical Program Manager. Joe's background also features positions as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Orbital ATK, an Application Engineer at Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), and a Mechanical Engineer at Lockheed Martin. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
