Ivy Jian

Ivy Jian has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries. Ivy started their career as a Barista at Starbucks from October 2007 to August 2010. Afterward, they ventured into entrepreneurship and worked as a self-employed Web & Graphic Designer starting in 2010. In 2011, they joined the River Rock Casino Resort as a Concierge, where they provided assistance to guests in various ways, such as arranging transportation, reservations, and creating personalized itineraries. In February 2016, they moved to the Hyatt Regency Vancouver and took on the role of Regency Club Concierge until July 2020. Overall, Ivy Jian has demonstrated their adaptability and strong customer service skills throughout their career.

Ivy Jian completed their education in a chronological order.
