Jamona Hayling

Jamona Hayling has extensive work experience in the event management and sports industry. Jamona is currently working as the Director of Formula 1 Event Operations at F1 Miami Grand Prix since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Miami HEAT for several years in various roles, including Manager of Facility Services and Facilities Coordinator. Their responsibilities included coordinating events, managing staff, and providing customer support. Jamona also worked at IMG Miami Open as a Press Facilities Manager, where they set up media events and managed media areas. Additionally, they worked at StudentsFirst as an Outreach Coordinator and at Florida Panthers as a Marketing Intern.

Jamona Hayling obtained a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, General from the University of New Haven in 2012. Jamona also received a Paralegal Certificate from the same institution in the same year. In 2019, they obtained the LEED Green Associate certification from USGBC-CCGBC. Additionally, they have an Autodesk AutoCAD User Certification from Applied Software Technologies, although the year of attainment is not specified.
