Khaled Badahman

Khaled Badahman has a diverse work experience that spans several positions in the IT and engineering fields. Khaled started their career as a Technical Instructor at the Multicultural Student Center in 2016, where they taught various technical skills. In 2019, they worked as an Electrical Engineer Intern at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Following this, in 2020, they transitioned into a role as an Electronic Technician at Grayhill.

In 2021, Khaled joined AHP Servicing, LLC as an IT Support Engineer II. In this role, they provided technical support to multiple companies, implemented and administrated Microsoft 365 ecosystems, and led the Service Desk, implementing KPIs to track team performance. Khaled also worked as a Help Desk Level 1 support, assisting users with software and hardware issues, coordinating with HR for employee onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining IT-related expenses and bills. Khaled was involved in various projects, including migrating companies to Office 365, introducing Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration, implementing email encryption and threat protection, and enhancing IT and HR operational support with Zendesk. Khaled created technical documentation and IT support processes for new systems.

Currently, Khaled is working as an IT Specialist: Service Technician II at F12.net, where they provide IT service and support.

Khaled Badahman attended Dar Jana International Schools from 2005 to 2015, where they obtained their high school diploma. Following this, they enrolled at the College of Lake County from 2016 to 2018 and completed an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering. Finally, Khaled attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 2018 to 2019 and obtained their bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Khaled obtained certifications such as the Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert and the Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate from Microsoft in June 2023. Khaled also holds the CompTIA Network+ ce Certification from CompTIA, which they obtained in April 2022.
