Takara Leonard

Takara Leonard has worked in the regulatory affairs field since 2013. Takara began their career at Cobalt Technologies as a Junior Research Associate in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Regulatory Affairs Associate at Amgen and as an Intern, Clinical Sciences at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc. Takara then moved to AbbVie in 2016 and held the roles of Regulatory Affairs Manager and Regulatory Affairs Sr. Associate. In 2018, they joined BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. and held the roles of Senior Manager Regulatory Affairs and Regulatory Affairs Manager. Takara is currently an Associate Director Regulatory Affairs at F2G since 2021.

Takara Leonard attended the University of California, Davis from 2009 to 2013 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biological Sciences, with an emphasis in Molecular and Cellular Biology. Takara then attended the University of California, San Diego Extension from 2013 to 2014 and earned an Online Certificate Program in Regulatory Affairs Essentials.
